This policy explains how peekago.com, operated by Unipolar Technologies Pvt Ltd, uses cookies and similar technologies such as local storage. It should be read with our privacy policy.
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is similar but stays on your device and is not sent with every request. We use as few as we can, and anything that is not essential will wait for your choice where the law requires.
Categories we use
- Essential (functional) — local storage that makes features work on your device: saved places, your compare list, trip plans and recent searches. This information stays in your browser and is never sent to us. Peekago sets no cookies for ordinary visitors today.
- Staff sign-in — a session cookie for authorised staff on our management console (manage.peekago.com). It is not set for parents or visitors.
- Analytics (planned) — we plan to use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used so we can make them easier to read. It is not switched on yet. When it is, form fields will be masked so what you type is never recorded, and we will add a way to make your choice (and update this page) before any analytics cookies are set where consent is required.
- Advertising and affiliate — Peekago does not show ads or use affiliate links, and sets no advertising or affiliate cookies.

Embedded content
Some pages link to or show Google Maps for directions, and photos hosted on Wikimedia Commons. When your browser loads content from these services, or you open a link to them, they may set their own cookies or receive technical data such as your IP address, under their own policies.

Changing your choice
Local storage items can be removed from within the site (for example by removing a saved place or clearing your plan) or all at once by clearing site data for peekago.com in your browser. When analytics are switched on, we will explain here how to change your choice at any time.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data in their privacy settings, and some offer tracking protection. Blocking local storage means saved places, compare list, trip plans and recent searches will not be remembered. Clearing site data for peekago.com removes all of them.
