Who we are
peekago.com (“Peekago”, “we”, “us”) is a brand and website operated by Unipolar Technologies Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India, based in New Delhi, India. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms should be read with our privacy policy, cookie policy, disclaimer and editorial policy.
Using the site
Peekago is a free guide to family outings. You may use it for personal, non-commercial planning of days out with your family. You must be 18 or older to sign up for a weekend plan, list a venue, submit an event or report a correction. Peekago is written for parents and carers, not for children to use on their own.
Our content is general guidance
Our guides are researched carefully and written to help you decide, but opening hours, entry fees, prices, age rules, access and seasonal closures change — sometimes without notice. Always confirm important details with the venue or organiser before you go or pay. Age fit, pacing, duration and accessibility notes are editorial planning advice, not a safety certification or a guarantee that a place suits a particular child. See our disclaimer.
Supervision is yours. Parents and carers remain responsible for supervising their children and for judging whether an activity is safe and suitable for them on the day.
Weekend plans
- Signing up is free and optional. We send suggestions by WhatsApp or email for the city you chose.
- You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will stop messaging you.
- Please give a number or email address that is yours, or that you have permission to use.
Venue and event submissions
- If you list a venue or submit an event, you confirm that the details are accurate, that you are entitled to share them (and any photos or links), and that we may review, edit for clarity and publish them.
- Submitting does not guarantee publication. We check submissions against official sources and may decline, shorten or correct them.
- Listing is free. We never accept payment to feature a place or to change what we say about it.
- You remain responsible for the venue or event itself, including its safety, licences and the prices and terms you offer families. Peekago is not a party to any arrangement between you and the families who visit.
Your conduct
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or someone else's information without their permission;
- submit personal data about children, such as their names, photos or birthdays;
- scrape, copy or republish our content at scale, or use it to train or feed automated systems, without written permission;
- attempt to access the management console, other people's data or our systems without authorisation, or interfere with the site's security or performance;
- send spam, malware or unlawful, abusive or infringing content through our forms;
- use the site in any way that breaks Indian law or the law where you are.
We may refuse a submission, remove content or block access where these terms are broken.
Intellectual property
- Our text, guides, day plans, design and the Peekago name and logo are © Unipolar Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution and a link back.
- Many photos come from Wikimedia Commons and other openly licensed sources and are used under their licences (for example Creative Commons). Each photo's author and licence are credited on the page and on our photo credits page. Reuse of those photos is governed by their own licences, not by us.
- If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, write to grievances@peekago.com and we will review it promptly.
Third-party sites and services
We link to venue and organiser websites, Google Maps and other services for convenience. Tickets and bookings you make with a venue or organiser are between you and them, under their terms, prices and cancellation rules; we are not a party to them and are not responsible for their services or content. Peekago does not currently show advertising or use affiliate links; if that changes, we will label them clearly and update these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:
- The site and its content are provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for acts or omissions of venues, organisers or other third parties, or for events outside our reasonable control (such as weather, strikes, closures or government orders).
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as wasted travel, missed events or lost enjoyment.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Unipolar Technologies Pvt Ltd against reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, false information you provide, or your misuse of the site, except to the extent caused by our own fault.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its “Last updated” date, applies to your use of the site from that date.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law to approach a consumer commission, the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site.
